Delivery:
Orders for products in stock received before
4pm will be shipped the same day on a 24
hour service. Orders over £50 have free
carriage and orders under £50 have a £3.95
carriage charge.

Code of Confidentiality:
Your details are confidential and will not be
passed on to other organisations.

VAT Concession:
We do not charge VAT on any of our
mastectomy products when sold to an
individual for their use. Prices quoted in the
brochure and on our website exclude VAT.
A VAT Concession form will be sent to you if
you order over the phone and this needs to
be returned to us by post, fax or email.

We appreciate how difficult it is to choose the
right size or style, so we are happy to
exchange any item for a different style or size,
or provide a full refund should your choice
turn out to be unsuitable. Return to us within
14 days of your goods arriving, ensuring that
all labels are intact and the product is in the
